Every Pocket recording lands here and in your Brain (pocket/index.md), so Lloyd and Claude can search it. Say “keep this private” in a recording and nothing is saved.

A one-minute walkthrough of the new layout: four tabs, the More list, and hidden pages.
Capture from your lock screen or Action button without opening HQ. The key can only add captures; it can't read anything.
Copy it now. It won't be shown again.

Changing it signs out every other device — this one stays in.
Signs this phone or laptop out of HQ for real. The sign-in stops working everywhere it was copied.
Tick the ones that are yours. “Up next” on Now only uses these; everyone else’s stays on the Calendar page. Lloyd’s calendar always counts.

Turn one off and it stops reaching your phone and stops appearing in the bell. Nothing is sent between 9pm and 7am.

On a call, you punch this 4-digit PIN on the keypad before Lloyd approves anything or starts work. (He'll still say why he called before you enter it.) Pick one only you know. It's stored scrambled; nobody can read it back, so typing a new one replaces it.
Off until you pick a time and days. Lloyd rings once, for under two minutes: what today looks like and anything that matters. Miss it and he doesn't call back or send an alert. It counts toward the 5 calls a day, and never rings in quiet hours or while he's stood down.
One tap stops everything: hangs up calls, stops running jobs, and blocks new ones until you resume. Saying "Lloyd, stand down" on a call or to Siri does the same.
Your standing instructions. Lloyd reads these every cycle. No files, no code — just tell him what you want.
The voice Lloyd talks back with (uses your device's voices — on a Mac, download "Evan (Enhanced)" under System Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Manage Voices for the best one).
A touch faster + lower reads younger — closer to the Lloyd voice. Tap ▶ Test after adjusting.
How HQ looks on this device.
The picture Lloyd shows in the dock and chat. Choose a photo, then drag and zoom to frame his face.
On iPhone, notifications only work once HQ is on your home screen: Share → Add to Home Screen, then open it from there. Re-adding it makes a fresh install, so turn notifications back on afterwards.
Lloyd's scheduled cycles are on-demand. The Run button starts a smart manager cycle from any screen.
